Privacy Policy

Last updated October 11, 2026. This policy covers Corigliano Holdings LLC and the businesses it operates, including Cerulean Blizzard (ceruleanblizzard.com) and the member networks Real Estate Momentum and the Cleveland Trade Group ("we", "us").

What we collect

The information you give us: your name, e-mail address, mobile number, city and state, and anything you choose to add to a member profile or send us in a message. We also keep basic records of sign-ins and of messages we send you, so we can show you what was sent and honor your choices.

How we use it

To run the services you signed up for: to sign you in, to show your profile to other members in the way you choose, to send you the e-mails and text messages you asked for, and to answer you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to send you those messages and to receive your replies. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Who else handles it

Service providers that process information on our behalf and only to run our services: our hosting and storage provider (Google Cloud), our e-mail delivery provider and our text-message delivery provider. They may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member or a customer, and then only as long as needed for our records. Ask us and we will delete your profile.

Your choices

You can update or delete your member profile at any time, turn texts off by replying STOP, and turn e-mails off from the link in any e-mail. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, contact us.
