These terms cover the websites and services of Corigliano Holdings LLC, including Cerulean Blizzard (ceruleanblizzard.com) and Real Estate Momentum and the Cleveland Trade Group, the private member networks of the Life Surge classes. By using them you agree to these terms. The services are provided as is, for education and networking; nothing on them is legal, tax or investment advice.

SMS Terms

Corigliano Holdings LLC (doing business as Cerulean Blizzard) sends text messages to members of its class networks who opt in, and to real estate agents who text us first or agree to continue a conversation by text.

What you'll receive

Replies to messages you send us, a heads-up when a new member joins or a meetup is planned, and reminders about the group. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month. No advertising.

How you sign up

Members opt in by ticking the box "Text me about the group" on the request-to-join form at ceruleanblizzard.com/glm/request or on their member profile, or by texting START to our number. The box is never ticked for you, and consent is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one message confirming it, and no more after that. Reply START to subscribe again, or HELP for help. You can also untick the box on your profile.

Costs and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
